一、产品定义 1. Product Definition 

该电机全称YEZ系列锥形转子制动三相异步电动机，属于起重配套专用立式法兰安装锥形刹车电机，是起重行走机构、摆线针轮减速机配套主力驱动电机，自带断电制动功能。

Full name of this motor: YEZ Series Conical Rotor Braking Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor. It is a vertical flange-mounted conical brake motor specially matched for cranes, serving as the main driving motor for crane traveling mechanisms and cycloidal pin gear reducers, with integrated power-off braking function. 

外观特征对应 Appearance Features 

1. 整体深绿色铸铁机壳、散热筋结构，右侧方形接线盒；

Integral dark green cast iron housing with cooling rib structure, square terminal box on the right side;

2. 上端圆形法兰盘（立式B5法兰安装），法兰中心红色端盖、加粗花键输出轴，用来直接对接摆线减速机；

Round flange plate on the top (Vertical B5 Flange Mounting), red end cover at flange center and thickened spline output shaft for direct connection with cycloidal reducers;

3. 内置锥形刹车结构，通电轴向窜动松开刹车、断电弹簧顶紧制动，停车立刻锁轴防溜车。

Built-in conical brake structure: axial displacement releases brake when powered on; spring resets to apply braking once power cuts off, locking the shaft instantly to prevent equipment sliding after shutdown.

三、工作原理 3. Working Principle 

1. 通电运行：电机定子产生磁场，锥形转子受磁力轴向拉伸，压缩内置弹簧，制动摩擦片分离，转轴正常旋转输出动力；

Power-on Operation: Magnetic field generated by motor stator axially pulls the conical rotor to compress built-in springs, separating brake friction plates, so the rotating shaft runs normally to output power.

2. 断电制动：电源断开，磁力消失，弹簧快速推动转子复位，刹车片抱紧转子，瞬间抱死输出轴，设备立即停止，杜绝滑行、下坠风险。

Power-off Braking: Magnetic force disappears after power cut, springs rapidly push rotor back to original position, brake pads clamp the rotor tightly and lock output shaft instantly, stopping equipment immediately to avoid sliding and falling risks.

六、安装形式 6. Mounting Type 

标准立式法兰安装（B5），上端法兰螺栓固定在减速机/机架端面，输出花键轴插入减速机输入端，整机垂直安装。

Standard vertical flange mounting (B5). The top flange is fastened to the end face of reducer/frame via bolts, the output spline shaft inserts into reducer input end, and the whole motor is installed vertically.
